5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Original shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable, unless required by law or unless the return is due to our error.
6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

7. European Union Customers
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

The item must be returned in a condition that allows us to inspect and resell it, unless the loss in value results only from handling necessary to check the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.

8. Non-Returnable Items

Personalized or custom-made items.
Items damaged due to misuse, improper installation, improper cleaning or normal wear and tear.
Items that are used, dirty, stained, have pet hair, odors or are not in resalable condition, unless defective.

9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item, if eligible, and place a new order once your return has been approved.
10. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank, credit card provider or payment processor may need additional time to process and post the refund.
